Most orders are processed same day, in the unlikely event that an order is not processed same day--you will be contacted immediately with updated shipping information. All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
No refunds on books once order processed, no refunds on herbal teas/forgotten foods if bottle is opened and factory seal broken. No refunds at all after 30 days of purchase date. Refunds of Herbal teas (with factory seal) are subject to a 25% fee which will be deducted from refund amount.
