Begin with dry skin, prior to showering or taking a bath. Starting at your feet, using long, smooth and gentle strokes, brush your skin upward toward your heart or the center of your body. Continue up your leg. Try to brush each section of your skin approximately 10 times. For your arms, start at the palms of your hands and brush toward your heart. On your stomach and armpits, brush in a circular clockwise motion. Always use a gentle touch, especially on sensitive skin.
